Delivery Information

All prices include VAT and delivery charges within the UK mainland. Delivery will be made to the credit card billing address only. For delivery to addresses outwith UK mainland please send us an email and we will advise on delivery cost.

DELIVERY

We want to deliver your goods to you as quick as we possibly can.

You will receive an e-mail to acknowledge your order and an e-mail once your order is ready for despatch.

Any date or period of delivery will be considered as indicative only, however we will aim to despatch your order within 7 working days. This can be subject to availability as sometimes we may run out of an item/s due to high demand, however we will inform you within this period if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

Packages under 2kg are usually sent by Royal Mail and depending on value a signature may be required.
Packages over 2kg are sent via Royal Mail or other courier depending on weight/size/value and delivery may take between 2-5 working days depending on the method used. All goods must be signed for. Should there be no-one to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card, and you can re-arrange a delivery time to suit.

If you have not received your goods 5 working days after receiving an e-mail confirming despatch of your goods, please email us, providing your order number, name, address, and brief details of what you ordered.

Loss Or Damage upon Delivery
When your goods are delivered, check the condition of the boxes and please sign for them "UNCHECKED".
You must ensure that you only sign for the correct number of boxes, only sign for the number actually delivered.
Always check the driver's delivery paperwork before signing with your signature. If goods are signed for, but the damage was not apparent at time of delivery, you must notify us in writing before 1pm the next working day after delivery. Should you fail to do so, we will NOT accept any liability for the damage, as the delay invalidates our insurance.
If goods are damaged upon delivery (for example the box is damaged) you should write "DAMAGED" on the drivers paperwork - always sign for any goods as 'unchecked'
Once we have been notified of damage or loss, we will collect or replace the damaged / missing item(s) as soon as possible after notification.

Royal Mail P91 form for missing goods
If your parcel is classified as missing, Royal Mail will send you a P91 form which you will be required to sign to verify that you have not received the goods. This is standard practice when we notify Royal Mail that you have not received your goods. If you fail to sign this form and send it back, it will be assumed that your original parcel has been delivered by Royal Mail. We would therefore request that the duplicate item be returned to us as soon as possible or payment for the duplicate item will be required.
