Guarantee Unless stated otherwise, we guarantee the performance and quality of all goods we supply for a minimum of 12 months, subject to normal wear and tear. Obviously your guarantee does not apply to misuse, such as liquid spilt on products, or commercial use leading to excessive wear and tear. Please note that if repairs are done other than by ourselves or authorised agents our guarantee becomes invalid. If you modify, tamper with or otherwise alter a product, your guarantee will become void. Warranties do not apply to any damage or faults caused by user error or neglect. The guarantee will not apply if the serial number on the product has been altered.
Cancellation/Returning Goods Should you decide that you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us in writing within 7 working days of the date of receipt of the goods. Your debit/credit card will be refunded within 30 days. This does not apply to cable which has been cut/made to order or items such as in-ear headphones that, by reason of their nature of being in the ear, cannot be returned! You must return the goods to us without delay, at your cost. Also, due to us offering free delivery, we will deduct the cost of the initial postage of the item to you, otherwise we would be operating at a loss. You must return the items to us within 5 working days of contacting us about the return or you will be liable to a restocking fee of £10. You must ensure goods are insured in transit.The goods MUST be in perfect condition, unused, complete with all parts and packing in the original packaging. We are entitled to deduct from any refund the cost of any missing accessories.When returning a product, please enclose a copy of your invoice together with a covering letter giving a daytime contact number. For your guarantee to apply, all goods must be returned to us in their original cartons, in good condition, complete with all packaging and accessories supplied. Failure to do so will lead to an extra charge being incurred if these subsequently need to be replaced. The ability to cancel an order is not intended to be used to try multiple products. If a customer purchases and returns products regularly, we will not process any further orders from the customer.
Faulty Goods In the instance of faulty goods, please feel free to e-mail us for technical advice. Once you return the item to us, and it has been verified as having a fault, the product will be replaced or repaired as soon as possible. We suggest sending items with a value below £50 by 2nd class recorded delivery, and over £50 by Royal Mail standard parcels.We will re-imburse any postage to you if you use these services. If you decide to return an item using a more expensive delivery service then the additional cost will not be refunded.. If the item is no longer available, it may be replaced with an equivalent product or you will have the option of a full refund for that item.
If the returned product tests as working normally, or has been modified, altered or tampered with, it will be sent back to you as soon as possible with a test report. You will incur a £10.00 +VAT testing charge, and all postage costs. This will be charged to the credit/debit card used for your original order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly and insured against loss. We cannot accept any responsibility for goods damaged in transit to us, irrespective of whether they are faulty.
